Odenkirk in stable condition after suffering a heart- related incident
Bob Odenkirk is in stable condition in a New Mexico hospital today after suffering a heart-related incident Tuesday night during filming of the sixth and final season of AMC’s Better Call Saul.
Reps for the actor released a statement Wednesday afternoon.
“We can confirm Bob is in stable condition after experiencing a heart-related incident. He and his family would like to express gratitude for the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, as well as his cast, crew and producers who have stayed by his side. The Odenkirks would also like to thank everyone for the outpouring of well wishes and ask for their privacy at this time as Bob works on his recovery.”
The 58-year-old Odenkirk was shooting the final season of “Better Call Saul” in New Mexico when he collapsed on set. Friends of the actor showed their support and shared their hopes for a full recovery.
