NME After Print: An Independence Day Celebration against a backdrop of green

Looking for something different this Independence Day? Inn of the Mountain Gods is offering visitors a red, white, blue, and green holiday. Their Star-Spangled celebration on July 4th is one of the biggest, longest, and best firework shows produced in New Mexico.

Guests are invited to come out and take part in an afternoon of activities including live music, jumping balloons, delicious food, and, of course, of course, gorgeous entertaining fireworks lighting up the skies over the plush, green, scenery of Lake Mescalero. The event is free for all attendees, but wristbands for unlimited access to attractions and concessions are available for $10.

The festivities begins at 3:00 p.m. and goes until 10:00 p.m. Free shuttle service is also offered until midnight to ensure safe transport to and from parking lots. For more information visit InnoftheMountainGods.com.
